SERVICE Ion exchanger system Ion exchanger regeneration
Ion exchanger system Ion exchanger regeneration: Decker Verfahrenstechnik provides all services relating to industrial process water treatment with reverse osmosis systems, demineralization systems (VE-systems), demineralization cartridges(VE-cartridges) and industrial waste water treatment with ion exchanger systems, selective exchanger systems and chemical-physical waste water systems.
Many of the used system types are subject to regulatory restrictions. For example, a chemical-physical wastewater treatment system and its components, such as a selective exchanger system, but also a reverse osmosis system, require an official indirect discharge permit for the municipal wastewater treatment plant, at least from 10 m³/week concentrate discharge. In order to meet the requirements for subsequent indirect discharger monitoring, the necessary training courses are offered for operators of industrial wastewater treatment systems.
With the external service for ion exchanger regenerationfor a demineralization cartridge, ion exchanger system or ion exchanger cartridge (also for a selective exchanger system), the loaded resins are regenerated or reprocessed as a service in the central regeneration station 92348 Berg. Special forms of regeneration or activation are also possible in the special plant, e.g. to condition the ion exchanger for a special separation task.
It is often not or no longer known how existing systems are designed or how they would have to be after a change. For example, there are uncertainties about specific chemical or physical system parameters such as bed volume per hour (BV/h) and their conversion into m³/h or m/h, which are clarified as part of engineering for ion exchanger systems or chemical-physical wastewater systems for wastewater treatment. If the task is completely new or unknown, research and development assignments are also accepted.
During the operation of a demineralization system (VE-system),ion exchanger system, selective exchanger system or chemical-physical wastewater systemt, regular maintenance is required for proper operation, which can also be provided as a service for third-party manufacturers. Decker Verfahrenstechnik GmbH is a WHG (Water Resources Act) specialist company for the maintenance of AwSV-LAU systems (e.g. chemical storage tanks).
Customized systems and adaptations to existing systems can be carried out in our own plastics workshop. All systems are pre-assembled here and there is the option of pre-acceptance on site.
