For our water
treatment installations we offer ion exchange cartridges with fillings
from 10 litres resin up to 250 litres resin.
With our service regeneration we offer an economy-priced, fully
developed technology. A 2-shift operated recirculation system with a
flow rate of 1.5 m³/h saves expenses for fresh water of approx. 30,000 €
per year.
The ion exchange
systems are
used for
The transportation of
the ion exchange cartridges to our central
regeneration plant in
D-92348 Berg can be carried out by our pick-up / delivery service or by
a forwarding agency. For this we offer special transportation boxes.

Recirculation systems
Applications of recirculation systems
Circulation of rinsing water
-
Immediate
reduction of water in the waste-water treatment unit.
-
The waste-water
treatment unit will be kept clear of critical substances if rinses
with complexing agents, cyanidic or chromate loaded water are
circulated
-
Recirculation
systems improve the quality of rinsing water
-
The reduction of
expenses for fresh water will almost completely bear or even exceed
the expenses for regeneration.
Circulation of the last rinse in a sequence up
to 70°C
-
considerable reduction of
energy costs as the rinse water doesn’t have to be heated all the time
-
a combination of
activated carbon, cation exchange and anion exchange produces pure water
of high quality (conductivity < 1 (Achtung kleiner/gleich) µS/cm) and allows
for stain-free drying.
Circulation of pure water < 0.1 µS/cm
Circulation of rinsing water loaded with
precious metals
-
complete reclaim of precious
metals (Au, Pd, Pt, Ag) from rinsing water
-
expenses for regeneration are
considerably lower than the credits for the precious metals
-
smaller companies may be able
to do completely without a waste-water treatment unit.
